I usually have a good experience in this store but I called the store to see if they sold a product I needed. The associate that answered the phone was rude and very short with me.

There's a girl there that is EXTREMELY rude. I'm a professional. I asked if they had a professional item, used by professionals in the nail industry. The girl, clearly NOT a professional, spoke to me like I was 2 steps from stupid because she didn't know what I was talking about. You would think since Sally's advertises to professionals, they would at least hire people that know basic salon items.

Their management is extremely rude. The hair and makeup is way cheaper on the beauty supply store on River, Bluff and 10th street is way cheaper with nicer people.
