The woman working was very friendly and helped me make the perfect shade of brown. I wanted to cover a Golden hue with an Ash color. It worked perfectly. I used Ion Brilliance which was on sale buy one, get one 50 % off ;-)

My mother and I stopped by the store (#10399) in Porter's Neck, and Brandon was so helpful! We only had a few minutes to fix a double process situation ;), and he was very knowledgable about the products we needed. My mom has always had good experiences at Sally's, but Brandon made it exceptional today.
