While the staff is friendly they cleary don't know so much about either their products or how to read the labeling when gelping a customer.  Came in there trying to match extensions and after a vigorous seach we find the shade. We make sure there are enough boxes and then the employee reads the label making sure it is correct and they send me home with a developer. Lets just say now i have red red hair instead of dark brown and sections are fried. Followed direction 100% btw. And not the first tine they gave me to strong developer anyway.

Nice and helpful employees. Clean place. Have hair products, hair dye, curlers, nail polish, amd much more!!
