I was greeted with a cheerful smile as soon as I walked in the door and I was walked through each product with every question attentively answered, Bianca even showed me a tutorial on her iPad to explain one particular product. Even with phones ringing and other customers in the store, I felt like I was the only one there. The price was excellent, I bought $78 worth of product and paid only $49 and was even told if I did not like the product, I had 60 days to return it...with the Love it or return it guarantee!! Will definitely be doing all of my hair and skin care shopping at Sally's in Hanover from now on!! Highly recommended.

Good staff with knowledge of their products. I came to this location for mens beard products. Limitited on products available . But hopefully this helps corporate to understand more supply is needed . You have great workers at this location. Give them more in store options to sell. None the less , I will be back for more products.

Knowledgeable staff and very helpful. Me and my girlfriend went there and they helped her find what she needed and told her how to use it.
