Customer service isn’t the best at all I was in their a week ago and had amazing service! I think it was a newer girl who attended me she was one who worked at night. But the one who attended me this morning isn’t very friendly at all. I had her on 3 occasions and only once was she nice and that’s because the manager was right their.

I absolutely dislike shopping here, but when I need something last minute this is where I go and I mean EXTREMELY last minute. Everytime I go into this store, I barely receive good customer service. I barely am greeted, whether coming into the store or when up at the register.** I will say maybe 1 or 2 people who work here actually assist me and greet me when i come in and thank me when I leave.** I am not asked if I found what I am looking for when I am at the register, and there is no conversation. I don't need to converse while I am there but, a "Hi, is this everything for you, do you have our Sally's card" will do. I don't even get that, when I make a purchase i will have to tell them I have a Sally's card. When the transaction is complete I always say thank you because it is polite to do so, except my last visit I just left with frustration. This Sally's needs extreme improvement on customer service!

When i come for items to help dye hair and when i ask for help to find items they make me wait like 15 minutes and then they close are they point me to something and not even saying what it is or what it does 😪

went in for whal magic clipper (cordless) opened the box infront of employee, she doesnt know any of the clippers name by the way, and she didnt want to give me a refund even tho she knew they sold me the wrong clippers, so i left with no refund or got the right clipper, horrible customer service and always have an attitude with customers
