I LOVE Sally’s but if I’m rating this location specifically then I’d give it one star. Staff act like you’re bothering them and that they hate their jobs. I don’t understand why that’s the customers problem. I forgot the staff’s name but she’s the only yellow haired, HEAVY girl there and I was too overwhelmed to recall. I asked her where some bleach was because I was in a hurry. She didn’t even look at a certain direction or point, she just said “it’s over there.” And when I asked again she rolled her eyes and told me to keep moving and I’ll find it. I have dark, silky hair and the staff (who had damaged, frizzy YELLOW hair) started telling me what I do wrong with my hair when I was being rung up at the register. So she has time to criticize me but not enough to show me what I’m looking for. I’m not from here but if I had to guess, this is the ghetto.

I've been going to this location for years. There's a decent selection of items although the staff can come off as unprofessional at times or appear to also have an attitude as if you're bothering them by even being in the store (which at points has almost felt or actually been uncomfortable).

I have been a member for two years now. I have bought a lot of items in this store some very expensive. I have never returned anything except for last night when the night before I bought 3 reduced items they were around $7.00 each. I found two of them to be defective. One you couldn't even open even if you had pliers. Nail polish gel items. One was extremely oily. dripped of my nail when I tried on one finger. So when I tried to return them they told me. I could exchange one and they would refund the other. Anyhow I picked up items totaling around $11.00 and the two store employees were discussing my refund of $3.91. They were saying that can't be right we owe her. Yes, it was right. Not even going to comment on how stupid they were being saying how they should ring one return separate and exchange the other. Anyhow when they handed me my exchange they asked me if I was going to return them tomorrow. Very rude. So sad because that was the first time in that store I was treated very poorly and it will be my last.

Staff acts like you're bothering them if you need them to get an item. Disgruntled workers every time I come in. TIME FOR A NEW JOB LADIES IF YOU CANT BE NICE TO CUSTOMERS.
