Sally Beauty

Seemingly useless employees...went in here prepared to spend $135+ on hair extensions for my wedding and it seemed like "helping" me was a burden to the employee. She quickly determined that no extension color matched my hair (i have a light brown color, nothing crazy..) and once she did she couldn't offer any other suggestions. No "we can order you this color" or "try another Sally's in this location ___". Literally nothing, just silence. I guess unless you have solid blonde, black, or dark brown hair than Sally's can't help you with extensions. I'm on my way to Ulta.

I love this store. They always have the newest products and you can find things easily if not one of the employees would be glad to assist you

Just went went in Sunday, to buy product Hask. And was told don't have it. I then asked nearest other locations, was told by male employee ( very professional ) Warminster. Then asked for land marks male asks female on cell phone ( not a care in the world ). She gives snappy one world answer, because I had interupped her phone time. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Customer's are the reasons why you get paid!

The ladies here are polite and helpful. Prices are also better than a lot of these other hair stores.
