The customer service here was great during my visit. The sales associate was attentive but didn't breathe down my neck as I browsed (which I hate). The selection is so-so, even for a Sally's Beauty Supply, but it's worth a visit in a pinch.

I always hope I don't walk in there when the heavier set woman with short colorful hair is there. If I see her through the window, I leave and try coming back another day. She's so obnoxious .. and when I try to buy a product she doesn't personally like, she tells me to put it away and that she'll find me another one for cheaper, so she literally runs around the store to find me something "cheaper" when I don't ask for cheaper. I always decline it but she still tries to push it and it's so annoying! I've been going to Sally's for years, and I've always used specific products for my hair that have always worked, I don't go there to try to get the cheapest, I go there for the quality of the product, price does not factor in my decision. I understand that she's trying to help people, but telling them the products they have been using are "wrong" and bad for your hair because she's a hair stylist and knows .. I mean .. so are you telling me Sally's is selling "bad products" then ? Because I've been a long time customer, so turning me off from products I've been using for years is probably not a good idea .. Hope management trains her better. Other than that I love their products there.

Such great customer service from the team at this store. Special thanks to Justine for matching my hair to hair extensions, showing me how to put them in, and telling me how to take care of them!

Quite a bit for a small location. Next best place is far away.
