The Cosmetics Company Store

The Store is awful don't shop there very disorganized and employees standing around.. if you pick up the wrong product you will be accountable for it. The Store manager Karina not accommodating more concerned with sending her employee for an "errand" to go buy her a ginger ale rather than helping me.. Told me regional manager wouldn't call me because she is off... HORRIBLE SERVICE

This store is amazing! Seriously a girl's dream. The employees are really friendly and approach you right away!

I work here myself. The management and the staff are great. They genuinely want to help the customers as much as they can. Come visit and see for yourself!

I observed racial profiling being committed at this location. I observed a person of color be followed throughout store despite the store being filled with customers. The two ladies working (also poc Latino) despite having several people in front of the store, middle etc. would continue to follow the poc African American. In which time I watched a fair skin couple place several items to their shopping bag. The associates would have observed that if they were not targeting specific races. I encourage anyone, that has experienced racial profiling here or unfair treatment to file a civil rights lawsuit. To ensure a set of guidelines are in place, so that the unacceptable practice of racial profiling is history at the cosmetics company store and Estee Lauder companies. I question the diversity of the staff here since they are incredibly inexperienced and insensitive. I encourage Estee Lauder to ensure a culturally and ethnically diverse environment at this location, so that this team can address their micro aggressions with African American. Clients. How much subtle discrimination does this manager engage in on a daily basis? This needs your investigation, Estee Lauder and The cosmetics company store.
