Literally the absolute worse experience I have ever had at a salon!!! Everyone was nice bUT the cut was HORRIFIC. I went to get a haircut, got an inexperienced stylist and she didn't have the skill set to give me exactly what I asked for (I asked for texture and she replied by saying she has just learned how to do thay in her classes the day before). But the haircut was alright, I wasn't horrified yet. I asked if I could have a more experienced stylist give me what I was looking for and the manager was happy to help. I went in with the same picture I had shown the first girl. My new stylist said that may be difficult given my hair is on the thin side. Ok. That's fine, I said, you can take a little extra off. I pointed to where I said was ok for me. By the end of the cut I had The worst haircut of my life. It was way above my shoulders, uneven, and just downright ugly. She even styled it horribly when she blow dryed it. DO NOT GO HERE. 2 for 2 the stylists do not have the skills t translate a basic picture of an average layered haircut into reality. And not only could they not even somewhat recognizably recreate a picture, they completely ruined my hair. Not to mention my wedding is in two months. Thank you for completely ruining my hair. You get what you pay for I guess.
