The SALON by InStyle Inside JCPenney

Almost 20 minutes on the phone just to make an appointment!!!!! And when they "finally" give me one, the time was " wrong"!!!!! The receptionist put me on hold again almost 4 more minutes, finally I hung out!! (I was on my lunch, and thought I am going to take 3 minutes of my lunch to set up my appointment at the hair salon, I was wrong).They don't call me back, no apologies anything. Beside of the bad service of the receptionist, the stylist don't do a quality service, very long waiting time, when they finally call you somebody else came that they have an appointment at that time. To much time to make an appointment, receptionist don't give a professional and friendly service, no quality on the stylus service , don't have order to make the appointments with enough time to do a good job and give priority to all the customers... Terrible!!!!!

My niece went there for braiding & the stylist was very good but the front desk did not schedule enough time. Receptionist scheduled a half hour when it should have been one hour. The stylist was backed up. My niece got out in five hours. This is not the way to treat clients. They schedule every half hour.
