I went to the salon for my prom hair. Ann Marie told me it would take about 40 minutes, and in total, it took about 90 minutes. I had barely any time to go home and do my own makeup. On top of that, I left the salon with my hair all frizzy, and when I asked her to fix it, she said that it was “normal” and that “everyone has it”. It was a complete disaster & I looked horrible. I left the store crying, and went home to fix it myself. DO NOT TRUST ANN MARIE WITH YOUR HAIR. I have had good experiences at this salon-I would recommend Emily for hair/makeup, she is so sweet and talented.

What can I say about Ulta that hasn't been said already it is an amazing store but a lot of people don't realize you can get other things at Ulta to besides makeup. Just tap on the bottom of the coupon in their flyer and it will list every single item the coupon is not good for so you don't waste time at the register. The sales here are amazing pay attention to the flyer and sign up for an email account you could be saving tons of money.

Felt discriminated against while shopping there for using a mini back pack instead of a regular purse. I went in there to buy matrix hair spray until I saw not your mothers brand hair spray so I put the matrix one back and went to the register to buy the not your mother's brand hair spray. And the entire time the girl was ringing up my purchase she was talking in her ear set to the other works because they were asking about what I was buying trying to find out if I was stealing the matrix hair spray that I put back on the shelf before coming to the register. That may not have been the case but the way she was talking into the ear set and looking at me made it seem like they were discriminating against me thinking I stole something when I didn't steal anything

Best ULTA in the area for having items in stock but the last 3 times I went in they were very low on associates.
