Called today on a whim to get my hair cut and blow out. Laura took her time cutting my hair professionally and did an outstanding job! Cannot wait to return.

very rude people at the register, they hang up the phone on you before you even speak, and no consideration when you are in the store. this is the worst beauty shop in brick. you better go to the beauty supply owed by the asian in lakewood.

I was in on 11/14/16 in the morning and both girls working were really kind and helpful. This is by far my favorite beauty supply store! Great service, great products, great prices! Thank You!

I have been a customer at beauty elements for a long time. I always used the toms river location which was great. Once I moved to Brick I started using the one in Brick plaza. A few times I was in there I was shocked at how rude the 1 worker with the dark hair that's always at the register talks to customers. Today I went in for hair dye, purple shampoo and some other odds & ends. I was with my friend who had her child in a stroller, my 8 year old and 3year old that usually comes with me. As soon as we walk in the aisle she comes and says "can i help you" (with her usual attitude). My son has severe adhd/add as well as other conditions so he was holding a hand basket and playing with it on the rug in the aisle (next to where we were), As I called his name and told him to stop she comes over and says can you please tell him to stop. I got so annoyed at her tone that I put back what was in my hand and said guys lets go bc i cant deal with her attitude. I walked out first and held the door, she had some kind of under her breath comment. I held back the reaction I wanted to give for the simple fact my kids were present. I recommend Point or Toms River location because their employees never have that attitude, they are always polite and welcoming.
