Sally Beauty

Very rude customer service. My boyfriend had went into the store for me because I wasnt able to make it there. She completley disregarded any products he was asking for help to find, instead one of the women working decided to chose what she thought was best and proceeded to ignore him. She had put back our products without him realizing it, treating him as though he was an idiot. when he got home, I decided to call and ask what had happened. While explaining the problem, she repeatedly stated she couldnt help me and that I could not come back because closing was soon, but I had spent so much money and didnt have the correct items. She then started blaming false accusations on my boyfriend, and her co-worker in the background just kept laughing. When I began to get frusterated with the ignorance, unproffesionally she yelled at me and was being very, very rude. When I let her know I didnt appreciate her attitude towards me which was uncalled for, and her unproffessionalism, she said "Sorry" and nothing else, but still had an attitude. Long story short, the girls werent nice, very unproffesional, and not helpful.
