This store is a great place to find beauty products. The customer service is great and you will most likely find the product you were looking for in this store. The employees are positive and very helpful, they know where to find the product you were looking for. They have a wide range of products for different hair textures. They also have body jewelry. This is my go-to beauty supply store over other places.

Well stocked. Some items are very pricey and most are average. Staff is knowledgeable.

I would give 0 stars but it wasn't an option. They did not have my hair color in stock and sales person assured me I could buy another brand, same color number and it would be pretty close if not the same. It is no where near the same and now I have mousy brown hair for Christmas when I usually have a vanilla blinde. I realize it was my choice, but I relied on their professionalism. Will NEVER go back to this store!!

its been 2 years since ive been here. decided to go a few weeks ago and today. Ive noticed a lot has changed. the prices are crazy high and theres not that big of a selection. customer service always sucked that never changed. I will stick with ulta.
