In truth when I visited the store I was hoping for more help in choosing the right level and tone of a hair color I hadn't used before. There was one lady in particular who was very nice. Actually I would go back because I chose the wrong time to go (they had obviously just gotten a big product shipment in and were hurriedly trying to get them on the shelves) and so were very busy. I will go back on another day and hopefully will get more attention and advice from one of the store clerks. Big selection in a small space, though!

Very poor customer service, when i was looking for something the lady went to the back, and never asked me if i needed help looking for something.
