Very helpful and knowledgeable colorist that work there. I live a block away from Sally's beauty supply and still drive my 5 miles to get to this place because it has everything and if you are looking for a new product a need honest advice this would be it

Last time I will ever shop there. I used to shop here all the time for my hair products. The workers used to be a little racist (following me around in the store) never complain. I even got their store card which they don't really push for their customers to get. However, the red-head woman always tend to give me problems. Today it was straight attitude like I messed up her damn day or talk time. She is rude and nasty. I don't steal, have a high paying job...but I continue to be harassed as if I'm robbing the entire store. Probably people who aren't POC (people of color) have a better experience. If you are, prepare to be harassed or be greeted with tons of attitude. Just because you hired a black women doesn't mean you aren't a racist store. Never again!
