This rating is specifically for Renee in the Salon: i cant say enough about how amazing she is as a professional stylist.... a major exhale to have finally found! I am really particular, wanting paradox at every turn: elegant + edgy, and classic + modern... clean not boring.... honestly i can be a really difficult patron.... Renee is one of few truly capable of finding her way through.... i have been searching for my hair home for years... because of Renee's unique talent, ability and expertise, i am done looking, AND SO Grateful!!!

Most of the people who work at ulta are very helpful. One time I came to ulta and asked to get brow gel the lady who helped me told me that I should get my eyebrows wax (check up). I then scheduled a oppointment and finally got my eye brows done. The lady who did my eyebrows was nasty and treated me disrespectfully. I am never getting my eye brows waxed there again. She also did a poor job.

Store is very tidy. All female staff is n ot well versed in the use or application of products sold here.

Staff was helpful and friendly for some returns. Per my daughter they have a good selection at a fair price. This location has a spa service. In one of the pics you can see chair I sat on while I waited for my daughter who gleefully pranced around the store.

DO. NOT. WAX. HERE. They wax twice on the same spot of skin which is a HUGE no no when it comes to waxing! I have been getting my eyebrows done for 5 years now and they have never broken skin, (probably because I go to nicer places like Benefit) I of course, like an idiot went the day before prom and now I have two giant red blemishes that sting! So I warn you all to NOT go here!!!!! (sorry for being so harsh, but I’m very upset)
