This place has great products but crappy service. Everyone looks like zombies, no one can say an authentic "hello" and they seem more interested in talking to each other than you. I am getting ready to go give my business to Sephora instead. I recently went to make an appt at the Salon since I have a gift card I received for Christmas and I ended up cancelling it because the girl who "helped" me was not only unhelpful but very odd. The ladies working in the background made me leery too. I would rather pay full price on my own at a reputable salon that truly wants my business than go here and be afraid they are going to ruin my hair. In this day and age when you can buy almost everything online and you have options places like this need to really rethink customer service. I feel like they train these girls to be snotty. Just because you are selling expensive makeup doesn't mean you need to act like a snot nose.

As a first time highlights experience, I was very, very happy with the outcome. My grays are blended in and it looks amazing. Thank you Ashley! BTW, all the staff is exceptional. And nice too. I highly recommend Ulta Beauty Salon.

Ulta Beauty beats out Sephora by a long shot. They sometimes have discounts on prestige brands which I haven't really seen in many stores.

They have everything. I can't leave without spending too much. I love products from Tarte and Urban Decay and they always have a ton of it, which is usually on sale. They have spa-like things too and hair services. I love it here
