The staff has always been more than helpful when I come in to shop. Sad part is, I've never had too much luck with the many different brands of hair color they offer. They all fade or don't take at all. I've been doing my own hair for about 8 years and I have better bleach come from Manic Panic at Hot Topic and the colorful dye from Arctic Fox lasts better than their other semi permanent colors. I'll give them good ratings for good customer service.
