SEPHORA inside JCPenney

Just came from this store. They've now come up with lot more brand products which some of em are my favs. Staffs are friendly and always willing to help. Today, I was helped by the staff(Erin) and one other staff and they both did amazing job walking me through their new brands. Thank you!

This has been my second time coming in the Sephora store at JCP and just like the last time I found myself in a pool of disappointment. All of the workers there watch you like a hawk and I felt very uncomfortable. They made the atmosphere cold and unwelcoming. They made it seem like I was going to steal something. ALL of the workers there were rude as hell. I really wanted to buy some foundation and they were not helpful at all. I think the workers at Walmart could have done a better job than they did and they are basically trained beauty consultants. I would love to have a job there and I would be happy to help customers find the right product for them unlike the workers there now. I did find a foundation that I liked on my own but when I went to the checkout I accidently knocked a sign over and the checkout girl seemed hella annoyed. Made me feel worse about my experience... Overall, very, very, very disappointed and from now on I will do my makeup shopping online. I suggest you all do the same.

The ladies are usually pretty nice when I come in. I'm usually Destination shopping when I come in here. The only drawback is that the stock in this store is hit or miss on availability.

This store was great when it first opened. The staff was friendly and the store always stocked. Now I'll go in looking for 15+ items to try that I'm interested in buying & there will be maybe 1 of the items in stock if I'm lucky. The staff is rude & not helpful. After recently reviewing my sephora account, even though I had given my insider card to the clerk so I would get my insider points, the clerk never used the card. That's over $200+ points wasted when I should have just ordered online. Don't even ask for samples of anything because the clerks won't help. Sticking to shopping online cause this place is now a joke.
