Sally Beauty

I go to the one on S. Nellis Blvd and I've never really liked the store but neither have really hated the store either. The employees are very disconnected from the store. I've gone in many times and no one is in the front or stocking. Usually they are in the back gossiping about who they are dating or such. No one greets or is pleasant at the registers either. I've asked for help before and was asked to wait and 10 minutes I waited for them but they never came back. But I love the store and the products though!

I have an issue everytime I go in there. Be it with not getting the price reduced on beauty deals, not being informed of "professional pricing" without being treated like an idiot. Or having one of the cashiers laugh when my card was declined (I just got a new card and used my old one on accident). These "ladies" are lucky I'm classy and refuse to go off over simple transactions but boy did I get tested here. Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles so you don't have to deal with idiots.

Excellent customer service! I was looking to make a custom wig for the first time and Carla helped me pick out all the right stuff. I always come in to Sally's and everyone is always welling to help! Great location. Keep up the good work.
