Place was great and everything my wife needed but the customer service was horrendous. The manager that was working the last day we can in was extremely rude.I too a picture of a couple colors for my wife to give her different colors she could choose from for her hair and the manager said "you can't take pictures in my store!" I even apologized and explained my situation and she just treated me like a criminal. I will never go to this location again.

I loved the knowledge of knowing where the product was in store. Made my visit nice and sweet. Lyn was very customer service oriented. Thank you.

Pretty nice place. Staff is always friendly. Just never follow their advice, they are not experts at all and will make u ruin your hair.

I had a horrible experience here, I was grabbing a foundation and a tall African-american women worker had said "excuse me" I obviously heard her but my hand was clearly grabbing something as she could she. This woman repeated herself and gave me a disgusting attitude as she repeated "excuse me" and I was so baffled like who raised her. I went up to the counter immediately and saw a worker and asked for her manager to tell her about their rude costumer but it turns out that women was the manager. As my friends were buying something the manager walks right pass me and literally says "omg where is my blade , I'm tired of ya'll" I honestly expect something from cooperate because not only was she rude but she threatened me.
