Normally I would give this place at least a four star...at least. But considering I'm still trying to get my hair back to looking at least somewhat normal after it being razor cut after the last stylist I had, I just could not give that other star or two. I haven't really had a problem with any of the stylists until this last time. But you know, it only takes one. I don't know what her challenge was since she was more expensive than the other stylists there. But each time I looked her in the mirror she was looking around, watching the other stylists, talking to them, like I wasn't there. I don't like to talk while having my hair done....but damn women! Pay attention at least!

I love Ulta, My girl's and I get all our makeup there. We also get our hair done there and we have am amazing stylist Jay! I highly recommend her.

The employees I saw were all extremely nice and helpful. Their store alarm kept going off because of a technical issue which if I had to work while that was happening I would be going crazy but everyone was very nice. Will be going back.

I will go broke in that store is everything that you can possibly want. Makeup Galore you lose your mind in that store I love that store

Awesome! Im not one to make appointments so i showed up and Adelia got me in right away for hair straightening. I have dull, huge, frizzy hair. A small crowd formed as strands were coming out sleek and shiny. Fast forward some months, my kid goes in for 1st ever professional dye. Didnt come out as she hoped. When we went to pay, cashier engaged us and we expressed dissatisfaction. She gave us info to make corrective appointment. Right away, we were accommodated. My kid got exactly what she wanted, and Cynthia made her feel super VIP. We learned how to communicate what she wanted, and what process was taken. She gave tips on maintenance. They greet us like family, and recognize when we might need guidance. Pretty sure theyre stuck with us for a loooong time. Only complaint is, tired of Adelia looking 15 years younger than me making me need to step up my game, haha
