worst customer service ever. waiting for 10 minutes for cashier to take my money but apparently his conversation with a friend about videos is more important then me paying for product.

The staff is so great here they helped so much. I took my hair from box died brown to mint green they gave me some great tips and products that kept my hair healthy and limited damage from bleaching.

The staff here is very helpful. I soon as I walk thru the door they asked if I needed any assistance. I love this store. Great customer service

I came in very upset and afraid for a friend who had gotten a bad hair job. Someone put in hair extensions (glued) them in , in her already thinning hair. The person literally just piled and piled that glue on . We both didn't know how to take it out so we did what we can at home. Right away we realized we need help I went to Sally beauty and asked Jennifer the store manager for help she seemed to be training a very friendly new sales associate by the name of Jena they both paid full attention to my friend's crisis and jen assured me she will assist me. We walked over to the isle where they have glue remover that she suggested I explained to her I had no experience and have never done this before and because she is just a kind person she said bring your friend in and I will help her take it out my friend came and for free Jen helped her take the extensions out very gently unfortunately the damage was so severe my friend suffered severe hair loss patches of baldness everywhere Jen was very sympathetic, the whole staff understood and took league as other potential customers came in. One customer in particular saw my friend in her crisis and told her she was very beautiful not to worry it will grow back and was so kind as to purchase a wig for her we were all so touched by this. She assured my friend everything will be okay. A hour after leaving Jen finished taking the hair out and told my friend she would explain how she uses the wig and she would buy her a wig stand to put the wig on as we were leaving the main boss of the store came and told my friend he'd giver her two more wigs and wig caps for free. The whole staff was so nice and so sympathetic and just wow is all I can say they really went above and beyond to help me not knowing how to help my friend and ultimately my good friend who was devastated by the whole Situation they were kind and I want to say from the bottom of my heart thank you to them all. This store should be rated #1 they truly care for their customers. When I first walked in I went directly to Jen because a few months back she had helped me when I wanted to play around with trying to do my own acrylic nails. Every time she was so helpful so easy to speak to and so kind. Thank you again to them all and if you want a store that is not only helpful and knowledgeable on everything that has to do with beauty but also dedicated kind hearted you Must come to this store.
