Arrogant sales advisor. Oh, my mistake, they didn't give any service or advice. Thus they are not sales advisors actually. Just pretend that I am transparent even if I would like to buy something and have questions to ask.

Absolutely no service! Not a greeting, not even may I help you find something.
I will continue to shop at the South location the service is way better.

I have never written a review like this but felt the need after seeing several negative reviews. I had the best experience here and had so much help from the gals at the counter. Every time I described the type of product I was looking for they would make multiple recommendations for me. If you are looking for brand names at ridiculously discounted prices, this is the place to go.

I went to exchange the item that i bought for my mom who is currently overseas. She wants one level brighter so I went to exchange the color. But clerks were really rude saying all sales are final so you can't exchange or return anything. I told them where i can see your policy saying final cannot be returned or exchanged but they just kept shoutting at my face it says final so you can't. We have sign saying that outside and receipt also shows that. If your customer asks something, they could respond to it in nicer or better way instead of being super defensive and being super mean.
My point was very clear to see their regulations. They could just told me there is no such a written regulation saying final cannot be exchanged or returned instead of all sales are final. That is what it is!!
Thanks to 2 really ignorant clerks to what customer service is, their store will be no.1 in the world that carries out the worst experience ever.
Also you'd better check with them if their items are final or not. Because I didn't see the sign outside and receipt while i was shopping. I should had paid attention to the sign but how many people will see the sign or their receipt carefully. Their clerks should clearly mention it again upon paying.
