Really crappy staff always throughout the years leads me to believe corporate must treat them awfully so I only will shop this company in an emergency no other options situation. The 2 stars instead of one is for the convienence of operating hours but really sallys corp needs to do better to have staff that is better

My friend precious recommend me this store she said it was amazing, then yeah impressed me some cool stuff and its affordable.

I stopped here with my wife so she could get red and blue hair extensions for her Halloween costume. The employees were very helpful and the lady at the cash register had a sense of humor. All excellent for the makings of a good shopping experience

This location is horrible! I returned an item (w/receipt) and before leaving wanted to look at the make-up brushes. After 15 seconds, I realized I was still holding my wallet from the transaction so I put it in my purse. I had nothing else in my hand. The worker approaches and says "You just put make-up in your purse." I calmly said "No I just put my wallet away." I even took my wallet back out so she could see that it obviously was what she saw me put away. She fired back rudely "yeah and you had something else." "No, I didn't. But you're more than welcome to check," and held my purse open. After checking it and, of course, finding nothing, she gave me the dirtiest look! No apology, no nothing. I understand they need to watch for shoplifters. But I shouldn't be treated SO rudely and I should not be given DIRTY LOOKS AND ATTITUDE when she realized HER mistake! And at the very LEAST Id expect an apology, like "Oh Im sorry about that! My mistake"!! Also, the guy at the register looked SO miserable and bothered to have to complete my transactions. Ive had issues with the customer service at this location before. Today was the icing on the cake! I'm NEVER going back!!!
