If your employee is going to point out a product and state it's buy one get one 1/2 off then you should honor it at the register and not try to tell the customer it's not for the permanent color it's for the semi permanent color. When I stated their employee told me the color I was looking at was buy one get one 1/2 off the employee who had pointed out the sale stepped up, cut me off from what I was trying to say, and said "yeah, my name's Celia baby" in a very rude tone like she had already told me her name. Celia is condesending and I don't like that she called me baby. Honor the sale your employee offer and explain to them about proper tone when handling a mistake they made that way customer don't leave feeling talked down to.

Maggie, the old lady that works there is very rude. Even to employees that work at other Sally's stores that are stopping by to get a few items.
