They have variations of the return policy, regardless of what the receipt says, so be sure to call ahead and ask. It took quite a bit of convincing to get an exchange :/

This is one of the smaller Sally Beauty Supply locations I've been to, but they seem to have everything I'm looking for most of the time.  I've always had good customer sevice at this store, and will continue to shop at this Sally Beauty Supply located in the Tropicana Beltway Center
