What is wrong with people not wanting to work. When a customer comes in we don't want you sitting on top of the counter with the cash register on your phone. On top of that, when someone ask you where is something at you don't know. If you don't want to work then go home. Is this what the future holds. Why would you want someone like that working in your store. That's actually a turn off. This generation, who is the manager? Plus my mother in law experience the same thing.
I’m giving this store 5 stars because Hannah was willing to help me get everything I needed for bleaching my natural hair. She was ready to answer any question I had and it meant a lot being that people are so rude and lazy at their jobs and blame covid. But not her ! She did great and I’m a black customer and she was white! I will return to show her how my hair turned out! Thank you Hannah if you see this !

Very bad experience, I usually go there but today the staff was just indifferent to the customers and did not help at all.
The prices are fair and the environment is clean. Staff always willing to help you find something. They also have discount cards for hairstylists.
Came in around 6pm today. Needed help with helping me find products to fix terrible hair dye that had been done. Asked for assistance and immediately a sweet girl came to my rescue. She answered all my questions, gave me tips, showed me what products to purchase. Couldn't have been a better shopping experience without her. When I was checking out, I finally realized she didn't work there. Big thanks to her friend who did work there for having her help me. This was my first time at this location. I will be back and recommending to all to go there. Ps to the girl who helped me. I manage a fitness gym Riviera Fitness Centerpoint. I help promote OUR MEMBERS BUSINESSES. COME SEE ME. I usually enjoy my visit but, this visit was uncomfortable. I asked, if I could get some nippers. The manager said, what did you need. I said, the nippers. She said, nipples. This was very inappropriate. I said, to myself, you know like hell y'all don't have anything associated with the breast. I've been a repeat customer for many years and even worked for the company many years ago. Nipples, really. She needs to be more professional. Not funny at all.
Employees great however I did not find the product in the store that was online.
unknowledgeable employees. One lady told me that it was perfectly fine if I took back hair extensions just to find out that was against company policy and they won’t give me a refund. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. don’t shop here.
Store continues items out of stock Thursday-5th attempt. I asked for # so I could call before driving from Hueytown-20 miles Staff said phone was broken I can't call to see if it comes in. Suggested I drive to another store further away. Really??
