I normally love this store and I go here all the time is very irritating that the last two times I've gone your store has been closed with no posting of hours of when they'll be open only saying that they're closed because of lack of workers. I'm sure you understand that by doing this you are losing business I think that you should update your Google account hours so that when people come to your store they're not expecting it to be open. SMH

Terrible service the manager in the store name Liz something like that need more customer training I return stuff and she want me go to the home for get back the mothers gift free beberé retuned I buy more stuff and get another gif free for she can rerun my stuff I went another store and I show My receipt and manager explained she rip Me off not need return the gift because it’s free now I bring the rest stuff for retuned she got actitud I tell her I call 1800 and explained she said the need call me back to the store if I will se if I do Where the want I will not recommend this stores

I actually like this store but today they lost a customer. I bought an Eye Renewal cream and unfortunately after the first time I use it it makes my eyes red, etch and burn. at the time I bought this product they told me I can return it with the ticket. unfortunately the manager from the store was so rude and she told me they not accepted any returns. Lie to customers and sell products that instead to help and make you look better and beautiful only damage your image and beauty. an store with questionable ethic and the worst customer service ever. not wonder why low starts raising on Google.

One lady was super helpful, but the skinny petite black woman at the counter actually gave me attitude. I was confused why she was so upset with me. I literally had no interaction with her and she has just been standing at the check out. When I asked how she was she rolled her eyes. I feel bad for the female working with her if she treats customers that badly. Make sure your workers aren’t being abused by her!!!

Buyer beware if you’re a licensed cosmetologist they will not return unused still in original box clippers that were sold to them defective. I bought a pair of Andi’s masters and hadn’t even used them yet but when I plugged them in and turned them on they made a horrible horrible sound that you only hear when they have been knocked or dropped and I purchased them already making this sound so I hadn’t even had the chance to use them yet. I put them back in the box and tried to exchange them out for another pair only to be told they would not take them back even though the receipt says otherwise. Don’t buy clippers from them ever.

Ray was so nice she helped us with an online return that a different Sally’s location refused to do because they were lazy. Ray was very helpful and called a manager to make sure she was doing everything right for us.

The costumer service in this location was the absolute worst, It made me question whether I wanted to even purchase anything at all. Two girls greeted me at the counter with such a lack of interest basically the minimum of attention that if their supervisor asked if they attended costumers they could say yes" but they hardly cared to actually help me or answer my questions, the one occasion one girl "checked up" on us but seemed annoyed we actually did need help. It truly seemed as if it was even a hassle for them to be interrupted in their own discussion and drama which they loudly conversed, cursed and made it practically publicly known they were having outside of work issues. At one point they even left the floor unattended and both went in the back stock room to talk to each other and deal with their drama on whether to answer the phone regarding whoever was calling them, when I asked how a product would react to my hair they were frustrated by me asking for help and one of the two girls didn't even respond to me and asked the other girl if she wanted to help me instead. when I asked again, she said "I don't know, I'll tell the other girl so she can help you" and later forgot so when I asked the other girl myself she said I didn't need developer for the product I regrettably purchased from her store only to later discover I do need a developer. By far the worst costumer service and store I've visited. Not that I condone this but basically, if you were to intend to shoplift this would be the location to do it because these two impotent employees wont even notice, their customer service is so bad.

Buyer beware know what ur buying becuz staff is totally useless for advice. Spent money for Semi Permenate Dye washed out 1st rinse 72hrs later

Really bad experience I was looking for the new paladio velvet matte lipsticks I called and they said they had some that just arrived i said r u sure because i had called other stores and no one had it and this store was really out of my way i show up two hours latter nothing I ask the lady at the register and she says she's busy counting money to talk to the lady on the other registerling after calling her name twice she saw me and said we had none and i told her I called ahead of time she went to the back and talked to the girl who said we had some and she was acting confused and in the end said she saw them but they must have all sold out instead of long she could have just said I'm sorry I made a mistake I confused it with another product I'm never going to this location again.

Loved the prices here and the great shampoos they have. I go here for my shampoos and my girlfriend and mom and sister loves the great prices for quick go to beauty supplies.
