The meal plan Ginger gave me is fantastic. It is easy to follow and versatile. I thought I would have a difficult time eating less sugar, and fewer calories, but the plan is satisfying and so eating healthy this time has not been soul crushing....I ❤️️ Food!

Ginger is fantastic!  I came across her website on the internet and it sounded like she was just what I was looking for and I was right.  She explains things clearly and gives you practical advice that you can follow to meet your diet and nutrition goals.  She offers many services and you can tailor your work with her to meet your needs.  I can't recommend Ginger highly enough - she's terrific.  I'm so glad I found her!
