Mike Manfre Fitness

Mike is fantastic. Not only does he create custom meal plans and help develop certain training regimens, he truly cares about you as a person and wants to see you achieve your goals and dreams. He works with you no matter what your body type, background, schedule, etc. I have lost 40 lbs. overall and 50 lbs. of fat while gaining ten pounds of lean muscle. I have another 24 pounds to go, and I know with Mike’s help, I will get there soon.

Absolutely love Mike! He not only knows his stuff, but he truly cares about YOU and your results! He is a great motivator and incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition! I lost 40 pounds on diet alone and never once felt starved or deprived! I recommend Mike to anyone that wants more than just a meal plan, but a real coach and a champion for you and your goals no matter how small!

I 100% trust Mike and have seen results using his program that I did not see with other programs. I feel healthier and look better than I did in my 30's.
