My grandmother had a salt and pepper collection that was very special to our family, so when I learned about the salt and pepper shaker museum, it was a MUST SEE on our trip to the Great Smoky Mountains! It did not disappoint- it was fabulous! Very well organized collection, some were even ones I recognized from my grandmas collection! I loved the fact that we got to use our admission fee towards a discount in the store... of course I found something special to take home with me! Thank you!

I have a generational S&P shaker collection that I am adding to as well. I did not realize how popular this was until visiting here! Wonderful examples of shakers, some from all over the world! The staff person working was very friendly and informative. Best of all, after seeing this huge collection, I was able to add to my own collection at a discount in their gift shop!! We all loved it, even the kiddos!!

Very unique! I mean where else can you see over 20,000 set of salt and pepper shakers? You know you want to but you don't know why.

I walked in not sure what to expect. Just follow the arrows on the floor and you'll be directed into the following rooms to check out Andrea Ludden's collections. There are over 20,000 pairs of salt & pepper shakers! Looking at everything she has collected over the years is very interesting. You can see salt & pepper shakers from over 60 years ago in this museum. You "entry fee" can be applied towards any salt & pepper shaker in the gift shop (no mugs or anything that isn't shakers!!). I loved my time here and getting to see a little bit of Andrea Ludden's history.

Super cool... Especially for collectors. Very low price of admission, and at the end you can put that 3 dollar admission towards a purchase in the also large gift shop. Very kind and knowledgeable curator. Loved this visit.
