Saltgrass Steak House

It's steak. It's cooked. It's edible. Although I asked for a rare steak and was brought something more along the lines of medium. Not the end of the world, but it was nearly $30. Would have been nice.

Food and service were amazing! We didn't feel rushed to pay and leave and the server gave us adequate time to finish our food before bringing the bill. The restaurant was very clean as well as the bathrooms. The seafood fondue was excellent and I highly recommend it!

Came in Sunday April 1st at 9pm, ordered 16oz. prime rib medium rare, the temperature that a standing rib roast is suppose to be cooked to. The piece of meat was plenty big enough and was a great cut, but it was bland and over cooked. The meat was placed on a hot plate so the bottom was brown and fully cooked, and the top was dry from sitting around after being cut. No juice came out when it was cut, no blood or juice on the plate either...Never had a chance to tell the waitress that it sucked, because other than to drop the food off she never came back until I waived her down to get the bill just so I could leave. I was here October 2017 and the table next to me ordered prime rib for 3 people and I could smell it at my table, so I went it with high expectations. Oh yeah, they also put my Cesar salad in the freezer while they cooked some bread, which just made the lettuce soggy and cold. Definitely didn’t keep it from wilting like they assumed it would.

Stopped for lunch while traveling through. Received excellent service from the bar, food was great, however, they forgot to credit my Landry’s card. If you have a Landry’s select club you may need to remind them to credit your account.

Outstanding food and service. Camron, Clayton, and David were great. Excellent rib steak. My wife had shrimp with hers and was also very good.
