This place was amazing!! Awesome service as well as comfortable dining room. The food blew us away!! We especially loved the homemade mac and cheese and fries...which our kids loved as well!! Good atmosphere, excellent meats. Had to go back and try the incredibly succulent brisket. The corn bread was on point also

Late review here. Went back in June and then in October when visiting Portland and as always Salvage never disappoints. The meats are fantastic and consistent. We ate in their outdoor seating area and they did a fantastic job at keeping the space sanitized and safe for us.

Get there early if you want the entire selection of smoked deliciousness because the secret is out. This group is rockin through the plandemic. Service and Food are Fantastic. The selection is up to you depending on your timing.

Just another restaurant that uses “covid” as an excuse to have bad customer service, not impressed. There’s a polite, hospitable way to set guidelines and they didn’t do it that way at all.

We went to Portland during the off-season and its much recommended to go during this time. There was plenty of space, the staff was friendly, and there were less people dining during the off season. The foood was absolutely delicious. We left with our bellies really full and happy.
