Wilson County Barbecue

First time here had chicken and dumpling like my mothers homemade. My husband had fried chicken batter was unbelievable tasty , tangy delicious. Homemade biscuits with whipped butter and homemade Blueberry jam with real maine Blueberry. Yummy.

An unexpected find during COVID. Had the fried chicken sandwich with fries and mac and cheese. It was delicious. Can't wait to go back. Sat inside but was very comfortable and far away from other diners. Great job.

HOLY MOLEY. This was our second time at Wilson County, first time was awesome! Second time blew our minds - the fried chicken was amazing as were all of the sides and the deserts. Hands down favorite BBQ place in town/ever. Thank you for opening in Portland!

Great food! This is the real deal! Of all the different versions of bbq, this is very well done. I am a Texan and can appreciate great bbq. Go if you have a chance. You won't be disappointed!
