My salesman, Mark, was very knowledgeable, and helped me find the correct parts for my tube guitar amp. I appreciate the great customer service that I received and plan on shopping there again in the future. My family and I browsed for awhile after making our purchase, and we met by other sales people who were also friendly and courteous. I felt that the prices were very fair. I recommend this store to others!

It's pretty easy to tell when a store understands and values their customers and when they do not. I've had nothing but good dealings with their guitar and pro audio departments over the recent years. Matt and Mark(sp?) are very personable and understand the iterative nature of guitar hunting and have a knack for knowing when to leave one alone to rifle through the candidates and when to stick around to answer questions and advise accordingly. The newer guys are following in their foot-steps. Good times! The return policy makes purchasing a high dollar instrument much less nerve-wracking, and these folks do NOT hassle or try to otherwise get out if it. Love to write more, but it's guitar playing time.

When you get personal customer service from an enthused member of staff who makes a big purchase easy, understands your needs and gives excellent advice then you have to give kudos when they are deserved. A big shout-out to Trey Scarborough for his great service. We'll be back or all of our musical needs. This place "Rocks" in more ways than one! :)

The individuals we're so nice and helpful. They did not leave me until I had what I needed, I would definitely recommend them, the employees were fantastic

Bought a mid-price range Taylor acoustic. But when I got it home and plugged into P.A. etc, I just couldn't get it to sound like my Seagull. Went back to the store in Raleigh and they were super about the switch. Jesse was my salesperson and he was super helpful before, during, and after the actual purchase.
