Great Staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. All their employees are musicians. They focus is on making you happy and giving good advice and not just on selling you selling you an instrument or other accessories. They have a good layaway plan if need it. Their selection it good, but it could be better. However they more than make up for it in every other aspect. If they carried Martin guitars their selection would be almost perfect.

Expensive. Don't have some things in stock. Store good if your traviling to a gig and need something.

I had a wonderful buying experience...staff was very knowledgeable. Purchased a new left handed guitar at a reasonable price. Going back again soon for assesories!

Don't buy an instrument from these people without seeing it. When you confirm the instrument isn't in the condition as promised, and when you ask for your money back, you pay a restocking fee. A loser of 40 bucks based on their bait and switch scheme! Thanks for taking my hard-earned money from me being a single mother of 3. Gotta love phishy customer servic. .. darn losers!
