Helpful. Friendly. Provided all the information I asked about and graciously made me feel as if my concerns and issues were reasonable. As a novice musician, the last thing I need is for someone to speak down to me. David was a great example of a musician who understood not everyone entering the store has all their data intact. Thank you for being patient.

Friendly and helpful staff! Knowledgeable and willing to take the time to listen to your questions so you get the right answers. They have some very lovely acoustic guitars!

Place was awesome! Brought in a trombone and violin. Gentlemen were very knowledgeable about both instruments. Took their time to fix all issues we were having. No pressure to buy anything else. Great place, will definitely be back again.

I went in about a month ago. There was 3 gentlemen working. And I was in the store and left 30 minutes later, and not one person asked if I needed anything. They stayed behind the counter on their phones and laughing with one another. One guy that works there walked past me with a guitar plugged it in and started playing away. They noticed me walk in, but that's about as far as the customer service went. I will NEVER go back.
