SAM EDELMAN

The staff here are hit or miss, mostly excellent, helpful and friendly, but sometimes you get an awful rep, like a valley girl with an attitude. Another thing I like is that the shop is beautiful and clean, with free 2 hour parking next door! I loved my purchase of Doc Martens, and will definitely return. Prices are not too bad for what is sold here

Wow talk about VIP service! From the moment I walked in I wasn't just welcomed in, I was invited into a serenity of great customer service and advice on the latest trends. The staff asked not just "how are you" they complimented and made me feel like they wanted to be my best friend, who ever is training these people is doing a great job! Then even invited me to a trunk show on March 9TH with the latest collection, can't wait to go back and buy more!

Wow were we in for a surprise. My girlfriend and I entered Sam Edelman after touring rodeo drive. The staff was very friendly and attentive but not pushy. They have a great selection of shoes here and at more than reasonable prices. As my girlfriend tried on her first pair a man came up to her and commented that they looked wonderful. He stood there for a while commenting and talking to us. The next thing we know our store employee came over and whispered to us that this man was Sam Edelman! We stayed for a good 30-45 min with Sam giving my girlfriend his own personal stylist input. He was so kind and friendly and at the end gave my girlfriend two free pairs of flip flops to go with her (very pretty) shoes. Not every day do you have Sam Edelman help you pick out a pair of his own design, but it sure was a day we'll never forget!
