I ordered a wallet from Susan Nichole's website several weeks ago, as I always try to support vegan businesses. I did receive an emailed receipt confirming my purchase, but the wallet never came. I work from home so I know it's not that the package was stolen. I have emailed twice and called once, but no one has replied. Very frustrating as it was money down the drain trying to replace my husband's last wallet, which was stolen. I'm not even sure if this is a real company.

I ordered a wallet a month ago, got a confirmation the order was received and never got the wallet. I've called and left voice mails, sent at least 3 emails and since I purchased through PayPal have initiated a dispute resolution in the hopes of getting my money back. I'm not sure this is a real business.
