The woman we talked to about wedding tuxedos was very experienced and helpful. They have a wide variety of styles and colors, from traditional to movie themed tuxedo coats. We were impressed and I recommend this place highly for whatever function you are attending.

Today we went to Sam Myers to rent two tuxedos. One for prom, and one for high school graduation. Leslie was our sales associate. She was helpful, delightful to work with and made the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend Sam Myers, and ask for Leslie.

Fitting for prom and graduation tuxes went smoothly. Staff was very helpful. Both tuxes fit perfectly, when received. The only negative was loose buttons, one on the vest that came off right before pictures

There were only four people in line when I arrived, but it took about an hour and fifteen minutes until I was able to get my measurements taken. The service was pretty lazy, and the store needs more chairs if I need to wait that long next visit.

Numerous alterations had to be made to tuxedos before wedding. Staff was not friendly and only made excuses for mistakes instead of appropriately handling them. The way they measure an individual to fit in a tuxedo is embarrassing. The length of someones arms, size of their waist and their neck does not determine if they will fit in a tuxedo jacket. What about a mans shoulders and arm width? I would never rent from here again and I would never send any of my friends here for their weddings. They are not accommodating. It would have been worth it to pay the extra money and go to Mens Warehouse. Only 2/10 tuxedos that we ordered were correct. No excuse for this. Obviously these people do not know how to use a measuring tape. Lets just say that the way they literally throw the jackets and shoes around for fittings shows how much they care about their product.
