These days exceptional Customer Service matters! I just want to express my appreciation for Amber. Yesterday she didn't hesitate to get help for me with a very heavy item. She is so friendly every single visit! She is such a gem for Sam's Club! Amber, thanks for going above and beyond AND for being a shining light to others! Keep smiling!

Bathroom was disgusting. There was no hand soap available. The hand soap dispenser looks like it has been broken for a while.

I like Sam's in general and that's why it's not 1 star. To give you perspective.... we went to check out today and the cashier motioned for us to move over to avoid a puddle on the floor which I thought was great. But then she told a supervisor that she been trying to get someone to clean in up for a long time and no one has helped but it's chicken juice if some kind. Pretty sure that should hasn't been cleaned up more quickly to avoid all the cart wheel tracks going through it and throughout the store. The the line to scan receipts as you go out ran all the way in front of the registers. I'm used to Sam's being a clean and well run place, this one is not.

Great prices on wholesale goods for the home and small business. "Scan & Go" makes shopping and checking out a breeze, however I'm not sure why there's usually long lines at checkouts when guests can just use Scan & Go. The tire and battery shop however can be very frustrating to work with at times. They do not answer their phones and some times gives misinformation.

Hey Sam’s Club I have a question for you. Is it possible to not give customers smashed merchandise? I’d like to get relatively decent pancaked food when I spend over $200 on a pick up order. Please stop allowing this to happen. Thank you in advance!

Fully stocked and the store layout made shopping easy. The staff was friendly, engaging, and helpful. Additional checkout lanes were opened to accommodate the number of shoppers in line to checkout.

The line to leave the store is only staffed by one person, so the line to have your receipt checked goes back to the pharmacy quite often. 99% of the shopping carts are usually in the parking lot. Majority of the Employees seem to have a low care level and are not ashamed to be on their phones. Prepare to be hounded upon entering by cheap sales tactics to save money on phone or utility bills.

I came to recieve my pick up order. Had had issues with not receiving everything but still being charged. So I decided to check my order this time so I didn't have to return to pickup the items I didn't get or wait for a return. Ended up talking to David the manager.Omg I'm still in shock not only did he listen to me and understood my issue he took it upon himself to find the item I was told they didn't have. That is the best customer service I have ever received. He also compensated me for my troubles. I will continue to Drive from Lithopolis for this kind of Service! Thanks again for your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The Checkout is The Worst! Should be able to choose what Checkout station to go to, but here you are treated like Primary School Children and have to wait in a Very Long line to check out. Scan and Go as THE BEST OPTION at this location!

Sam's Club has Jumbo sizes of everything, frozen food, toiletries, cleaning items, H20, soft drinks, jewelry, rugs, clothing, bedding, in and outdoor furniture, and ect. Too much to name. Favorite place to shop.
