Awesome little marina for the residents of the HOA. Nonresidents are towed and booted so don’t enter unless you are authorized. Fishing from the docks is allowed during the winter months. Stickers/passes are required for all trailers and vehicles. The launch ramp is on the shallow side so large V-drives/sailboats sometimes have problems retrieving their boats when the lake level is low.

This is a private marina for the residents of the surrounding neighborhood. All vehicles inside are towed immediately upon entering if they do not display the proper stickers. Signs warning of this practice are thoroughly inadequate. Even people who enter on accident are not permitted to leave without paying to have the boot removed.

Very good marina with maintained docks, volleyball, a park closeby, and plenty of space.
