I've been a customer of yours for years. Loved this sausage for my jambalaya. The past 2 times i have used it it has had a horrible flavor, almost like a hot dog. I dont know what has happened but I wish y'all would get back to your roots. Truly disappointed.

Loyal to Savoie's for years, moved from Pearl River, LA to Pittsburgh, PA and now I order it online.  Can't make Jambalaya with anything else!
