Got my order wrong, THEN got my order wrong AGAIN,then gave me "complimentary apple pies" which made me puke after finishing my meal with them. The biscuits were hard so I know they were old. Just overall experiece was horrible.

Fried popcorn shrimp took 30 minutes. Manager did the best she could and eventually replaced the order with larger shrimps. Quality was so so on them. The popcorn ones the manager trashed them. They must have been badddddd!

Ladies at the counter gave a healthy dose of southern hospitality. However the wait was 6 mins to order plus 10 for the order, in addition to the fact that it was wrong. Ordered ten pieces tenders ,two sides red beans&,fries. Fries only half full and we were short five tenders. The food that we did received was hot.

This is by far the best Popeyes in the Lafayette area. Sometimes there is a wait only because the chicken is always hot and fresh but I don't mind waiting.

Good food, just not fast food, lol. Be prepared to wait for your food on most visits.
