The first time we visited Sazon was by chance about 8 years ago when we were visiting Santa Rosa and looking for Peruvian food. We were utterly impressed by its authentic flairs given its small space. Since then every time we visited here we always made sure we stopped by for dinner. This time we happily found out it has expanded its space without sacrificing any of the amazing quality to its menu. It's also deservedly received a Michelle Recommended status.

I've been go to ng here nearly since they opened. The quality of the food remains exceptional. Delicious, unique food is offered. Service is good, though not as good as it once was. Prices have gotten to quite high, making dinner here more of a rare treat than I would like.
It's still a great place with great food.

Service was bad. Walked in with no one to greet us or lead us to a table. Had to go up and ask where we should sit and the server harshly told me to wait. Waited for about 20min to be seated. Then the food was not good, sauces were heavy mayonnaise based, salads were not dressed well, expensive, and small portions. So I would not recommend going!

The food and service was so good. We stopped by on our way to ft Bragg. The outside isn't fancy but the inside is very nice. And you can tell by the pictures of the food it's really good. The food is as good as it looks.

While on a road trip, we stayed the night in Santa Rosa and just randomly chose to give this place a try. Jackpot choice! We definitely won the random choice lottery on this place as the food was absolutely magnificent! My wife loved the Pisco Sour cocktail.
