The people was friendly and helpful. Ans wasnt standing over your back trying to get you to buy just anything. Also they very considerate aut everything. Very nice store in all. Comare to the Martinsburg store. So from on when need anything i will be going to the charles town store.

My experience with associate A J was very positive.  He was very knowledgeable about the extent of their inventory and the individual products.  I feel as though he aided me in finding the right item and a decent price.  The bed I purchased has held up very well and been fantastic over the last 3 years.
