Thank you so much Martinsburg Schewels for the excellent customer service you provided as I was 1000 miles away needing to purchase a lift recliner for my dad. My sales person Turner was outstanding and so were the administrative personnel in setting up the delivery. Everyone was so compassionate and so willing to assist.

Great place and awesome employees. Always a great experience when I go there. They help You in anyway they can for your needs. I've purchased alot of different things from here and all has been very good. Love my new mattress and my new sofa. Thanks again Schewels.. ❤❤

My wife and I came in this evening to by a mattress set and a dining room table. The whole time we were there looking at all of the mattresses and the dining room tables nobody wanted to sell anything. The manager walked right by us and never even said hello. One sales rep decided to just sit on one the sofas and chew his finger nails while the other rep came over to him, sat with him and took a nap. Now I remember why in 2007 I said I would not come here again. I’m so glad that the Charles Town store staff is much nicer and they do speak to their potential customers. Now I just need to write the corporate office and ask them to stop sending me these solicitations in the mail.
